Our Story
Moroccan Brocade was founded in 1978 by Hassan Cherkaoui, who began trading textiles in the souks of Fes. His passion for authentic craftsmanship and his relationships with artisan families across Morocco formed the foundation of what would become a family legacy.
Today, his grandchildren run the business with the same values — authenticity, fairness, and a deep respect for the artisans whose skills create every piece we sell. We work directly with over 200 artisan families across Morocco, paying fair wages and ensuring every piece carries the maker's story.
