30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Return

1. Email us at returns@moroccanbrocade.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a return authorisation and shipping label within 48 hours.
3. Pack the item securely and drop off at your nearest courier point.
4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalised orders, gift cards, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges. Simply note your exchange preference in the return email and we'll ship the new item as soon as we receive your return.
